Plywood, stoneware

In this installation, two sculptures of water with mirrors were placed face to face to create the endless reflections. These wooden sculptures were placed in a straight line to suggest the flowing of water. The artist created the illusion to suggest one of the Buddhism theories that stated the world is just repeating endless emptiness.

The viewers were invited to interact with it and observe themselves appearing in the reflections. The ceramics models and the water drop sculpture in the middle represented us who live in the contemporary world.  However, we are only part of the emptiness, drops of water to the immense sea of time.
